TechStars, Virgin Select Ten Startups For New Virgin Media Accelerator

Boulder-based Techstars and Virgin Media announced this morning that they have selected ten startups for the new Virgin Media Accelerator--and as a first order of business, is flying all of those startups to both Silicon Valley and Boulder for a jet setting tour of Google, Apple, Salesforce.com, and other companies, plus a visit to Denver. The new accelerator program is based in London, and will run for 13 weeks. The group of ten companies will taking a tour next Tuesday, March 15th with an event with Sir. Richard Branson, Denver Mayor Michael Hancock and Virgin America CEO Dave Cush, with a streamed, in-flight chat around the future of entrepreneurship before the entire group lands in Denver for a press conference.
