inContact Signs Upgrade Deal With BPO Customer

Salt Lake City, Utah-based cloud contact center software developer inContact says it has extended a deal with one of its business process outsourcing customers, StatesideBPO, from 40 to more than 300 seats. Financial details of the extended win was not announced. StateSideBPO is a virtual contact center provider, which employs highly educated Americans with disabilities and U.S. veterans from their home; the two originally inked a deal in early 2014 to deploy inContact's software.
