inContact Signs Marketing Firm

Salt Lake City-based inContact, which develops call center management software, reported a new win today, with a marketing and lead generation firm. Name of the customer and size of the deal was not announced. inContact said its software is being used to manage calls to customers after they complete a lead form requesting more information from websites.
