Aviacode Raises $16M

Salt Lake City-based Aviacode, which develops medical coding software and services, said today that it ha raised $16M in a gorwth investment. The funding came from Frontier Capital. The startup, led by Lane Monson, said it will use the funding to further develop and market its software-as-a-service product. Aviacode's software is used by physician groups, facilities, and surgical centers for medical coding, which is a key part of medical billing. More information »
