Limelight Backs AnyClip In $21M Funding

Tempe, Arizona-based content delivery network provider Limelight Networks is one of the major backers in a content and branded video startup, AnyClip this week. AnyClip said Tuesday that it raised $14.0M for the startup--split between Jersualem and New York--from Ervington Investment and Limelight Networks, along with Jersualem Venture Partners, GTI, and others. AnyClip's technology is used to help content owners, advertisers, and publishers distribute their branded videos to other websites. LimeLight provides the CDN services to AnyClip for its service.
