Inilex Acquired by Spireon

Phoenix, Arizona-based Inilex, which develops GPS-based vehicle tracking systems used for theft recovery and fleet management, has been acquired by Spireon, which is owned by Bertram Capital. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Inilex's main product is Skylink, a GPS-based product which uses cellular networks for vehicle theft recovery. The company also offers up asset tracking and fleet telematics software.
