Inilex Buys Data Messaging Device Provider

Chandler, Arizona-based Inilex announced this morning that the firm has acquired Advantra International, a manufacturer of data messaging devices. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Advantra develops vehicle tracking devices, telemetry products, radio modems, and GSM/GPSR systems. Iniliex and Advantra said they have been developing joint products for the last two years. Inilex is a provider of global positioning systems and mobile asset management products.
