STARTEK Buys ACCENT Marketing Services

Greenwood Vilage, Colorado-based business process outsourcer StarTek announced Monday that it has acquired ACCENT Marketing Services, a provider of business process and contact center outsourcing. The deal was worth $16.0M. STARTEK said ACCENT expects approximately $67.0M in revenues for its full 2015 year. ACCENT has operations in both the United States as well as Jamaica. Funding for the purchase came via a credit facility from BMO Harris Bankk.
