StarTek Buys Ideal Dialogue

Denver-based business process outsourcing firm StarTek is getting into the customer experience research area, via an acquisition of a firm called Ideal Dialogue, Co., the firm announced late Tuesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. StarTek said that Ideal Dialogue focuses on improving customer experiences with companies. Ideal Dialogue will become a separate division of StarTek.
