Arrow Electronics Buys Europe's RDC For $84M

Centennial, Colorado-based Arrow Electronics said this morning that it has acquired RDC, a European provider of technology return and asset management services. Arrow said it paid approximately $84M for RDC, based on current exchange rates. RDC--which was owned by Computacenter UK--had 2014 sales of GBP $56M. Arrow said the acquisdition will help it better address requirements of its global customers.
