Arrow Electronics Buys Redemtech

Englewood, Colorado-based Arrow Electronics announced this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Redemtech, a provider of electronic asset disposition services. Arrow has not disclosed terms of the buy, but said that Columbus, Ohio-based Redemtech has 400 employees and 2012 sales of approximately $60M. Redemtech was a wholly owned subsidiary of Micro Electronics.
