EXOS Acquires MediFit

Phoenix-based EXOS said this morning that it has completed MediFIT, a provider of management and staffing services in the health, fitness, and wellness center industry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. MediFit was base din New Jersey and Connecticut. EXOS said the buy will help it reach more communities and impact new populations. EXOS is led by Dan Burns and Mark Verstegen. EXOS says it has more than 150 clients at companies, universities, community hospitals, community centers, residential communities, and other recreational centers.
