Amkor Technology Expands Board

Chandler, Arizona-based semiconductor packaging and testing company Amkor said Thursday afternoon that it has named David Watson to the company's board of directors. Watson is EVP and COO for Comcast Cable, where he has been since 1991. Amkor said the acquisition brings its board to nine members. Watson also has served at Comcast Cellular Communications, Bell Atlantic Mobile and Metrophone.
