Realink Acquired By Zaio

Tempe, Arizona-based Realink, a provider of services for the appraisal and mortgage banking indutries, has been acquired. Realink was acquired by Zaio Corporation, which said it paid $3.4M for the assets of the firm. The deal includes both stock and warrants for Zaio common shares. Realink is a provider of online appraisal software.
