Advanced Energy Seeks New CEO

Fort Collins, Colorado-based Advanced Energy Industries said this week that its CEO, Garry Rogerson, has decided to step down from his post as CEO. He will continue on as CEO while the search is going on for his successor. Rogerson did not give a reason for his departure, but said that he believes it's a "great time" to "begin a new chapter-both for our company and for me". Advanced Energy did not say who the company has retained for the executive search effort. Advanced Energy develops power conversion technology, used in solar power inverters and other products.
