IdenTrust Acquired By HID Global

IdenTrust, a provider of SSL certificates and other digital identity products which has its major operations in Salt Lake City, has been acquired by HID Global, HID said this morning. Financial term sof the acquisition were not disclosed. HID Global is a provider of access control, identity, and other products, including the ubiquitous physical security access cards and software products. IdenTrust is headquartered in San Francisco, but has its operations center in Salt Lake.
