FullContact Buys Cobook

Denver-based FullContact, which is developing cloud-based, address book software, said today that it has acquired Cobook, a Latvian developer address book software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. FullContact, the TechStars graduate that is backed by Foundry Group, High Country Venture, 500 Startups, said that as part of the acquisition, i thas moved Cobook's entire team from Riga, Latvia to Denver, with Cobook CEO Kaspars Dancis taking over responsibility for its entire FullContact Address Book platform.
