Rivet Bolsters Technology Chops, Board
Denver-based Rivet Software is bolstering the technical end of its executive team today with the appointment of Frode Rognstad as its new Chief Technology Officer, and has also appinted two new board members, the company said today. The move comes after a hard year for the company, after the sudden loss of the company's founder and a subsequent major restructuring.
Rognstad was most recently founder and Chief Architect at Exsilient, and also has served at such firms as CiberTrax, Q Strategies, FRX Software, and Epicor Software. The company said Rognstad is a 20 year veteran of the industry. In a related move, the company also said it has named Charles Graham and Paul J. Zecchi to its board; Graham was CEO of Global Aviation at DHL, and Zecchi wis president and CEO of Central Resources Inc.
