Mersive Raises $2.1M In New Funding

Denver-based visual display software developer Mersive has raised $2.1M in a new, funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm this week. Details on the funding have not yet been announced by the company. According to the filing, the funding came in the form of a convertible debt round from four investors. Mersive has previously announced funding from 3M New Ventures, Razor's Edge Ventures, and Woodland Venture Management. Mersive's software helps coordinate the display of a single image across multiple monitors or projection displays, which is used for meeting rooms--including the White House situation room--engineering design, immersive displays, museums, control centers, and more.
