TechStars' GoodApril Acquired By Intuit

GoodApril, a developer of online tax planning software for freelancers, professionals, and others, which was part of TechStars Boulder, has just been acquired by Intuit. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. GoodApril was part of the current TechStars class, and had yet to graduate from the accelerator. GoodApril said it will help to build products for Intuit. GoodApril was founded by Benny Joseph and Mitchell Fox, and had yet to make its service widely available to users. The firm had originally been based in San Francisco, before it joined TechStars in Boulder.
