Peterson Partners Buys Angoss Software

Salt Lake City-based private equity investor Peterson Partners said today that it has acquired Angoss Software, a developer of predictive analytics software, for $8.4M. Angoss is based in Toronto, Canada, and was previously listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Angoss develops predictive analytics software for businesses, aimed at their sales efforts.
