Gnip Lands Estimize

Boulder-based social data provider Gnip said today that it has added Estimize, which is sending out financial information and estimates via social channels, as its latest premium publisher. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Gnip said that it will be the exclusive provider of Estimize's streaming data. Estimize is a community of vetted financial analysts, who create their own set of earning estimates for public companies; it provides those via LinkedIn, Twitter, and Stocktwits. Gnip helps to provide data from Estimize and other social services for use via a set of handy APIs for developers, allowing companies to digest vast amounts of social signals for their applications.
