According to Coalfire, the funding will go to help it grow and pursue new opportunities.
Coalfire said it now employes nearly 130 employees, up from 94 employees a year ago, and saw record sales in 2012. The firm did not disclose full financials, but said it increased its revenues by more than 35 percent in 2012.
The new funding round comes on top of an existing, $5M funding from Baird Capital that Coalfire received in February of 2011.
