Avnet Buys TSSLink

Phoenix-based electronics distributor Avnet said this morning that it has acquired TSSLink, a professional IT services organization based in San Jose, California. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Avnet said that TSSLink had revenues of $10.5M in calendar year 2011, and will become part of its Avnet Technology Solutions, Americas services organization. TSSLink provides technical support, consulting and outsourcing services, field product installation, end-user training and technical staff augmentation.
