Mersive Investment Round Worth $2.8M

That investment in Denver-based Mersive by 3M last week? It was most likely worth $2.82M, according to a regulatory filing by the company. Mersive announced the investment by 3M without financial details last week, saying that 3M's venture arm, 3M New Ventures, had invested in the firm as part of a strategic development deal. 3M and Mersive are working on new display technology as part of that deal. Mersive develops software which makes it possible ot use multiple projection displays to create one, giant seamless projection display, as well as similar coordination software for monitors.
