Uber Launches Super Secret Denver Test For Adventurous Only

Tech savvy, smartphone driven car service Uber quietly launched over the weekend in Denver and Boulder, telling its users that the "super secret stealth test mode" in the area launched with David Cohen of TechStars requesting a vehicle. The Silicon Valley startup--which allows users to summon a private car using their smartphone, pricing those rides by availability--had said earlier in the month that it was getting set to launch in the city. In a blog post, Uber said that the test was "strictly for Adventurous Riders Only!" and that it was still trying to figure out some "unique challenges" in the city, mentioning the airport ("the airport is how far away?!) and figuring out exactly how it will manage pricing, its fleet and placement over the next few weeks.
