BlueFolder Acquired By Quest Software

Colorado Springs-based BlueFolder, a developer of field and professional service management software, has been acquired by IT software firm Quest Software. Quest announced the acquisition this morning, although it did not detail financial terms of the buy. BlueFolder was founded in 2003 by TIme Newcome and Jeff Emrich. Quest said it will use the acquisition to bolster its PacketTrap MSP software line, which helps managed service providers remotely manage their clients.
