Avnet Completes Pinnacle Data Systems Buy

Phoenix-based Avnet said today that it has completed its acquisition of Pinnacle Data Syetms, a provider of reverse logistics services to the OEM market. The deal was worth approximately $22M, and had been announced in November. Avnet said that Pinnacle had revenues of approximately $29M in its calendar year 2010. PDSi becomes part of Avnet's Integrated Resources arm, which provides reverse logistics and after-market services to technology companies.
