P2 Energy Solutions Digs Up New CFO

Denver-based P2 Energy Solutions, a developer of software for the oil and gas industry, said today that it has named Chad Martin as its Chief Financial Officer. Martin was previously President and CFO of Home Care Assistance, and also has served at Pacific Pulmonary Services, and Goldman Sachs & Co in its Mergers & Acquisitions and Technology, Media, and Telecom Groups. P2 Energy Solutions said that Martin replaces Andrew Hicks, who is joining another firm backed by Vista Equity Partners.
