P2 Energy Solutions Buys Beyond Compliance

Denver-based P2 Energy Solutions, a provider of software, geospatial data, and other tools and services to the energy industry, said this week that it has acquired Beyond Compliance, a Canadian firm providing automated compliance management software in the oil and gas, mining, and utility industries. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The firm said the buy will expand its offerings in the Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) area.
