Symplified Scores $20M
Boulder-based Symplified, the developer of cloud identification management software headed by Eric Olden, said this morning that it has raised $20M in a funding round. The round was led by Ignition Partners, and also included prior investors Allegis Capital, Granite Ventures, and Quest Software. Symplified said the funding brings its total raised to $38.8M. As part of the funding, Ignition's Cameron Myhrvold has joined its board of directors. Symplified's software is used by enterprises to manage single sign-on and identification for corporate applications. More information »
