Symplified Names CFO

Boulder-based Symplified, the developer of cloud security tools, said this morning that it has named Andrew Evans as its Chief Financial Officer. Evans has previously served at Umbria before its acquisition by McGraw-Hill/JDPower in 2008, and FTEN, which was acquired by the NASDAQ OMX in 2010. Symplified is venture backed by Granite Ventures and Allegis Capital. Symplified is a provider of single sign-on and other cloud security products.
