TeleTech Wins Social Shopping Retailer

Denver-based TeleTech Holdings, which provides business process outsourcing and customer service outsourcing, reported today that it has scored a social shopping retailer as a customer. Name of that customer was not disclosed, however, TeleTech said the brand is one of Inc. Magazine's "500 Fastest-Growing Companies", and had sales of over $100M in 2010. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. TeleTech will provide customer support across voice, chat, self-help, and email for the customer.
