TeleTech Wins Clearwire

Denver-based TeleTech Holdings, the provider of business process outsourcing for the telecom industry, has scored a win with Clearwire, according to a statement from wireless service firm Clearwire today. Clearwire said it is outsourcing a significant part of its customer service operations to TeleTech, including moving 700 Clearwire employees to TeleTech from its Las Vegas and Milton, Florida locations. Financial details of the move have not been disclosed. TeleTech also said today that it had won a contract renewal and expansion with a nationally renowned retailer, to service that retailer's mobile, broadband, and gaming; the name of that customer was not announced.
