Toolbox.com Acquired By Ziff Davis

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Toolbox.com, an online community for enterprise IT professionals, has been acquired Ziff Davis. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Ziff Davis said it acquired Toolbox.com from the Corporate Executive Board. Toolbox.com was founded in 1998. Ziff Davis said that Toolbox.com will become a unit of Ziff Davis B2B Focus. The Corporate Executive Board was represented by investment banker DeSilva + Phillips in the sale.
