Welltok Takes $75M More In Funding
Denver-based Welltok, a developer of cloud-based software aimed at the consumer health market, has raised $75M in a Series E2 funding, according to the company. The new funding came from Future Fund Management Agency, Ziff Davis, NF Trinity Capital (Hong Kong) Limited and ITOCHU Corporation, plus existing investors New Enterprise Associates, Bessemer Venture Partners and Georgian Partners, and other what the company described as the "majority" of its prior equity investors. The company said the new funding goes towards its next phase of growth, including product development, expansion in new market segments, and integration of acquired assets and capabilities.
