DocuTech Buys Mortgage Software Line

Idaho Falls-based DocuTech, a provider of mortgage compliance services, said today that it has acquired a line of mortgage document software, including both the software and customer base of Docs3D. Docs3D's mortgage document software was developed by Lender Support System and parent firm Emphasys Software. Financial terms of the asset purchase were not disclosed. DocuTech said the buy will help it grow its presence among regional banks and credit unions.
