Docutech Gets Private Equity Investment

Idaho Falls, Idaho-based Docutech, a developer of documentation and compliance software for the mortgage and consumer lending industry, has score an investment from private equity investor Serent Capital. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed. Docutech said the funding will help it grow its customers among financial institutions. Docutech, led by founder and CEO Ty Jenkins, said Jenkins and his executive team will continue to lead the company after the investment.
