Ramtron Expands Board

Colorado Springs-based Ramtron, the developer of random access memory and other semiconductor products, said today that it has named Jim Doran to its board of directors. Doran was previously a consultant to Ramtron, and also had served as an executive at Globalfoundries, Spansion, and AMD. The firm said the addition of Doran brings its number of board seats to six.
