Tendril Names CFO

Boulder-based Tendril, the developer of software and hardware for the smart grid and energy market, said this morning that it has named David Rayner as its new Chief Financial Officer. Rayner was most recently CFO of EchoStar. Rayner has also served at DISH Network, tw telecom, and Time Warner Cable. Current CFO Mark Pougnet becomes Chief Delivery Officer of the company. Pougnet had been CFO since 2008.
