Tendril Wins NV Energy

Boulder-based Tendril, which is developing software used to manage energy consumption, reported a win today with NV Energy, a provider of energy services to consumers in Nevada. Financial impact of the deal was not announced. NV Energy has more than 100,000 consumers, according to Tendril. Tendril will power a new effort called Home Energy Reports, which will help consumers of NV Energy reduce their energy consumption, via personalized recommendations and information. The two said they expect to roll out the new Tendril-driven reports in July--both via the web, as well as physical mail to consumers.
