Overstock Ranks In Customer Service Survey

Salt Lake City-based Overstock.com said today that the firm has been ranked as one of the top ten retailers in the country, ranked by customer service experience, by the The National Retail Federation and American Express. The firm said that its exact ranking is being announced in January ta an event. The firm was selected from a survey of 9,291 customers conducted by marketing firm BIGresearch. Overstock.com provides a wide range of bargain products on its site.
