TriZetto Names Devanny Chairman

Denver-based The TriZetto Group, which provides healthcare IT software to physicians, said this week that it has named president and CEO Trace Devanny as chairman. Devanny succeeds the firm's founder, Jeff Margolis, who now is Chairman emeritus. Devanny joined TriZetto in 2009, setting up the firm in Denver, where he is located. TriZetto is owned by private equity firm Apax Group. Devanny had previously been President of Cerner Corp.
