TriZetto Sets Up Shop In Greenwood Village

The TriZetto Group, a developer healthcare software owned by private equity firm Apax Group, said today that it has moved its headquarters to Greenwood Village, Colorado, and hired a new CEO. The firm, which has over 1900 employees, said the headquarters move came as a result of the hiring of Trace Devanny as its new CEO. Devanny, a Greenwood Village resident, was most recently President of Cerner Corporation, and also has been at ADAC Health Care Information SYstems and IBM. TriZetto is a provider of software used by healthcare providers to manage care, administration, billing, and other operations.
