PaySimple Raises $16M

Denver-based PaySimple, a developer of accounts receivable automation software aimed at small businesses, said Monday that it has raised $16M in a financing round. The round was led by Susquehanna Growth Equity. PaySimple said that Amir Goldman of Susquehanna Growth Equity joins the company's board as part of the funding. PaySimple is run by Eric Remer.
