PaySimple Adds Dunn to Board of Directors

Denver, Colorado-based PaySimple, a provider of payment-management solutions for businesses, reported Monday that it has added Eric Dunn to its board of directors. PaySimple said that Dunn, currently a general partner with Cardinal Venture Capital, has an extensive background in business management and financial software solutions. Dunn is also a member of several other boards, including PayCycle, Adaptive Planning, SuccessFactors and Tibco. Dunn is also chairman for Tempo Payments. As a member of PaySimple's board, Dunn will advise the company on strategic operations and expansion decisions, PaySimple said.
