Evolving Systems Sells Unit

Englewood, Colorado-based Evolving Systems, the provider of telephone activation and related services for the telecommunications industry, said last Friday that it has closed the sale of its Numbering Solutions business to Neustar. The deal was worth approximately $39M in cash, plus assumption of certain liabilities. The deal had originally been announced in April.
