Evolving Systems Appoints Two New Directors

Telecommunications software developer Evolving Systems Inc. reported Tuesday that it has named Bruce W. Armstrong and Thad Dupper to its board of directors. Evolving Systems said Armstrong recently served as president and CEO of KNOVA Software. Dupper joins the board following his appointments as president and chief executive officer earlier this year, Evolving Systems said, adding that Dupper has been with the company since 2004. Evolving Systems now has seven directors. Founded in 1985, Evolving Systems is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado. More information »
