Rally Software Finds $20M More
Boulder-based Rally Software announced this morning that it has raised another, $20M in funding, led by Meritech Capital Partners. Rally, which is headed by Tim Miller, provides Agile software management tools used for the software development process. The firm said the funding will go towards organic and inorganic growth. The new funding brings the company's total raised to over $65.25M. It's unclear if the firm's other investors--Boulder Ventures, Greylock Partners, Mohr, Davidow Ventures, Mobius Venture Capital, and Vista Ventures--participated in the new funding round.
