Level 3 Powers MLB.com

Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 Communications said today that it has been selected by MLB.com, the official web site of Major League Baseball, in a streaming video deal. The firm said it will augment MLB.com's content deliver network services for an online streaming effort. Financial details of the win were not disclosed.
